Safety Training for New Employees
During your first few days at HMS, you’ll go through safety training with our highly qualified safety team. In this training, you’ll learn, or be refreshed, on all the safe practices you should be implementing in your work environment. You’ll get all the proper safety gear that you could need out in the field or on a job site. If your job doesn’t take you out into the field, you will still attend basic safety training with helpful information you could use in the office.
Manufacturer’s Training
With any new opportunity, you’ll want to know what resources you have at your fingertips. We provide manufacturer training on brands including Greenheck, Daikin, ABB, York, Carrier, Riello, Cleaver-Brooks, Mr.Goodtower (Evapco), Danfoss, and more. Throughout the year, we have numerous Lunch and Learn events where you’ll come into the office and receive top-tier training from our manufacturers to ensure you’ve got the most up-to-date information in the field.
Daikin Training for Technicians
For our service technicians, we make sure you have all the tools you need at your fingertips. One of the best “tools” we offer is Daikin training. As an HMS technician, you’ll receive some of the best training on the east coast for Daikin products. Our main instructor has over 15 years of experience and holds trainings throughout the year in the spring and fall. You will also get up-to-date training on the latest Daikin units including rooftop units, chillers, and self-contained units.
